d.g. Santa Barbara is worlds away from the bayou state where anyone can squat anywhere without consequences - here, people get in lots of trouble letting folks live in their garage - it's illegal - thankfully or every slum lord in this town would have 30 undocumented workers and illegal aliens sharing a garage. I'm not nosey but have known my neighbor for 27 years and there is nothing to me worse than deceiving an elderly person. The pregnant woman has a husband - he can find her a place to live but my neighbor is not going to suffer the consequences - the two caregivers do a good job but they are replaceable. Salud
